Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The room was regularly cleaned.
My stay wasn't great, I must say. Staff mainly prioritized Italian guests, especially at meal times. The hotel also played Italian music almost exclusively, it became repetitive quickly. I found it quite disheartening.

The private beach was great! It always had sunbeds available. I did not have to wake up early to reserve one.
The gym was quite small. It lacked working air conditioning, made workouts uncomfortable, and I did not see any staff present.

Moussa Sherif upgraded our room to a sea view and offered a late check out because of our evening flight. The gardens were beautifully maintained and clean. Mohamed Sami did my photo session very well and professionally with original ideas. The photographer gave me advice on how to pose resulting in great memories.
The gym is small I saw it had no working air conditioning or support staff.

The territory is very green and well maintained I noticed it was kept clean. Multiple pools were available along with a private beach. Easy access to a nearby bay offered additional recreation.

The food included a good variety of dishes and I saw fresh fruits and desserts. The kitchen team was available, including chef ezzat sayed, I noticed their good service. A clean restaurant offered mango.

The rooms are spacious I found them comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily I noted. I saw a good condition . The hotel is large.

The beach is good I liked the sand bar. The beach was well organized with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is near the beach I observed. The location had a calm atmosphere.
